DESCRIPTION
For new construction or renovation projects, this ultra-thin MicroEdge lens downlight simplifies installation by mounting directly into drywall or suspended ceilings, with no recessed housing or junction box needed, saving time and money. The HLB6 has 5 field-selectable color temperatures, and its textured lens gives smooth light distribution for general area lighting in low to medium height ceilings. This 6 in. round LED downlight is 0.6 in. thin and installs from below the ceiling in as little as 1-1/2 in. of plenum height. It uses a remote driver/junction box, and Air-Tite reduces airflow between unconditioned and conditioned spaces. The light delivers 90 CRI and 70% lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours, and it dims with phase dimming down to 5%. It is wet location listed for showers and protected ceilings, and it is suitable for both IC rated and non-IC rated applications. The 16 W, 120 V hardwired downlight is smart-enabled, Energy Star certified and UL listed. The white matte trim is included, along with gaskets, mounting brackets, remodel clips, a stencil and wiring connectors. The package contains 1 downlight and comes boxed.
