A cubitron abrasive grain cloth belt constructed on a Y-weight, strong, durable cloth backing. Resin bonded for heat resistance. Primary markets: metalworking, woodworking. For tough portable belt sanding jobs, features long-lasting, durable 3M Cubitron abrasive grain on a strong Y-weight backing. The closed coat feature provides a better finish and less aggressive cut than a comparable open coat abrasives of the same grade.The purple color indicates it's leading edge technology designed to provide the lowest possible manufacturing costs.The purple color is a trademark of 3M.
