Ergo Chefs diamond steel has an ergonomic comfortable handle with a large 2” diameter face to protect your hand while honing your knives and a Stainless Steel ring for hanging and durability. This 10” diamond steel also fits perfectly into Ergo Chef's 13 slot wooden block.
